By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region). If under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Use of the Service
EchoCam allows you to record, edit, and export videos using your device’s cameras.
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Record or share content that violates laws or rights of others
- Reverse engineer or modify the app
- Interfere with the app’s operation
3. User Content
You may create or upload video, audio, images, and other content (“User Content”).
Your ownership
You retain full ownership of your content. We do not claim ownership.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for content you record or share
- You must have permission to record people, locations, or materials
- You must comply with privacy, copyright, and local laws
Our use
We only process your content locally on your device unless explicitly required for specific features (see Privacy Policy).
4. Recording & Privacy Responsibility
EchoCam allows recording using front and back cameras simultaneously.
- You are responsible for obtaining consent from individuals being recorded
- You must comply with applicable recording and privacy laws in your jurisdiction
- You should not record sensitive or private situations without permission
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features may require payment or subscription.
- Payments are processed via Apple App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- You can manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings
7. Intellectual Property
The app, design, and features are owned by us and protected by law.
8. AI / Smart Features
Some features may use automated or AI-based processing (e.g., layout suggestions, highlight detection).
- Results may not always be accurate
- You should review outputs before using or sharing
- AI is provided as assistance, not a guarantee
9. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services (analytics, storage, AI providers).
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
