Need help with your colony or a purchase? Start here, or send us a note.

Include your device model, iOS version, app version and what happened. Do not send passwords, full payment details or your Apple Account credentials.

The Gems tab, Remove Ads and Privacy options described below come with version 1.0.1.

How do I restore Remove Ads?

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Connect to the internet, open Ant Life → Shop → Gems → Restore, and follow any Apple sign-in prompt.

Remove Ads removes banner and full-screen (interstitial) ads. You can still choose to watch an optional video for free gems.

Can I restore gems or move my colony to another device?

Gem packs are consumable. Your gems, colony and Shop items are saved locally on this device. The game does not have its own cloud sync, and Restore does not bring back gems you have already received or spent. Deleting the app may lose your colony and gems. Contact us before reinstalling if a purchase seems missing.

I paid, but my gems have not appeared.

Reopen the game with an internet connection. Pending purchases, including Ask to Buy, arrive after approval, and the game delivers unfinished purchases when it starts. If the gems are still missing, contact support with the product name, purchase date and app version. Do not buy the same item again just to fix a delivery problem.

For a refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.

How do I get more gems?

Watch a short video for 10 free gems (Watch Ads on the Home screen, or Shop → Gems → Free Gems), or buy a gem pack in the Shop. A video gives gems only after it finishes. If no video is available, try again later.

How do I play?

Tap an ant card to hatch an ant: Ant Workers and Ant Soldiers cost food, Green Workers and Gold Soldiers cost gems. Workers gather food from defeated bugs and fruit trees and carry it to the nest. Soldiers fight the bugs that come close. Drag the minimap to look around, tap any ant, bug or food to see its details, and use the Shop to unlock new grounds, bugs, butterflies and trees. The save button keeps your colony for next time.

Where are the advertising privacy choices?

Open Home → Privacy options when that option is required for your region. You can also manage tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report a bug?

Email your device model, iOS and app versions, and the steps that lead to the problem. A screenshot helps; remove notifications and other personal content before sending it.
