1. Game data on your device

You do not need an account to play. Your progress (the levels you have completed, their stars and the board you are playing), coins, gems, wood and stone, boosters, Kingdom homes, rescued Guardians, Pass progress, the daily gift and your settings (such as sound and reduced motion) are saved only on your device. They are not sent to us. The game has no cloud sync of its own; operating-system backups may include this data according to your device settings. Deleting the app deletes this data.

The game does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library or location.

2. No ads, analytics, tracking or purchases

The game contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services, does not track you across apps or websites and does not use the advertising identifier. Coins, gems and boosters are earned and spent inside the game; nothing in the game is sold for real money.

3. Internet use

The game itself does not send data over the internet. The Privacy and Support links in the game open these pages in your web browser.

4. Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to answer and fix the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal information. These pages are hosted through Cloudflare, which processes request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the website. The KingdomSort pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

5. Storage and retention

Local game data stays until you delete it or the app. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. We share support emails only when needed to comply with law, protect rights or prevent abuse. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot promise absolute security.

6. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because the game keeps no data on our side, these requests concern only the emails you sent us. Contact us at bananateamios@gmail.com. You can also contact your local data protection authority.

7. Children

KingdomSort is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
