1. Overview
Banana Team ("we", "us", or "our") provides Snap Puzzle: Tile Game (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the Game, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
You can play the core puzzles without creating a Banana Team account. Some third-party services, including advertising, analytics, purchases, crash reporting, and optional Google Play Games features, may process data as described below.

3. Third-party services
The Game may use Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Google Play Billing, and Google Play Games Services. These providers may process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own terms. Review Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information for more details.
4. Advertising and consent
The Game may display app-open, interstitial, or rewarded ads. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required, we will request consent before using data for personalized advertising and provide access to privacy choices. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device settings.
5. How we use and share information
We use information to provide and maintain the Game, save progress, process purchases, show and measure ads, analyze usage, prevent abuse, diagnose crashes, comply with law, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers listed above, legal authorities when required, or a successor in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.
6. Retention and deletion
Local progress remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the Game. Third-party services retain information according to their own retention controls and legal obligations. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet legal requirements.
To request deletion of information controlled by Banana Team, email support@hiennv.dev with the subject "Snap Puzzle Data Request". We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the relevant data. Google Play Games and Google account data can also be managed through your Google account settings.
7. Your choices
- Use in-game settings to control sound and haptic feedback.
- Use the privacy options shown in the Game where required for advertising consent.
- Decline or disconnect optional Google Play Games features.
- Manage the advertising ID and app permissions in Android settings.
- Clear local progress by clearing app data or uninstalling the Game.
8. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
9. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections where supported. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Game, SDKs, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
