1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Banana Team ("we", "us", or "our") for your use of Snap Puzzle: Tile Game, package com.banana.tilegame.snappuzzle (the "Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If the law where you live requires a higher age for you to agree to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree on your behalf.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and Google Play's applicable terms. The Game is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
4. Game services and progress
The Game may include local progress, daily puzzles, hints, virtual coins, stars, achievements, leaderboards, cloud progress, advertising, and other features. Features may change, be unavailable in some regions, require an internet connection, or depend on third-party services. We do not guarantee that progress or cloud data will always be available and recommend keeping your device and Google Play account secure.
5. Virtual items and purchases
The Game may offer optional purchases such as hints, content access, or removal of advertising. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment, cancellation, and refund policies. Virtual coins, hints, passes, and other digital items have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the Game, and may be changed or discontinued where permitted by law.
Except where required by law or Google Play policy, completed digital purchases are final. If a purchase is not delivered correctly, contact us and include the product name and relevant Google Play order information, but never send full payment card details.
6. Advertising and third-party services
The Game may display advertising and connect to services provided by Google or other partners. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices, except to the extent required by applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, automation, modified clients, or exploits to manipulate progress, rewards, purchases, achievements, or leaderboards.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, resell, or create unauthorized derivative works from the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Interfere with the Game, its security, servers, advertising, billing, or third-party services.
- Use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, artwork, puzzle content, audio, text, trademarks, and design, is owned by or licensed to Banana Team and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to use our branding or content outside the licensed use of the Game.
9. Updates, suspension, and termination
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game for maintenance, security, legal, product, or technical reasons. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, abuse services, or create risk for users or the Game. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or preservation of progress. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banana Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of progress, or loss of profits arising from the Game. Our total liability for claims relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid through the Game during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the Game, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
