1. About the game

MonsterDoku: Rescue Puzzle is a mobile logic puzzle game published by Banana Team. Version 1.0.0 is offered as a free download and does not include advertising or in-app purchases.

2. Permission to use

Banana Team grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the app store where you obtained it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the game or its assets without written permission;
• reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to bypass security or platform protections, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use the game in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person; or
• misrepresent ownership of the game, its characters, artwork, music, code, or branding.

4. Local progress and availability

Game progress and settings are stored locally. Banana Team does not promise that local progress can be recovered after the app is removed, a device is reset, storage is cleared, or a platform backup fails.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game when reasonably necessary for maintenance, compatibility, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.

5. Ownership

The game and its original code, visual design, characters, artwork, text, sound, branding, and other content are owned by Banana Team or used under permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.

6. Disclaimer

The game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Banana Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the game, platform requirements, or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
