1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Widgetella is an Android personalization app published by BananaTeam (“BananaTeam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how the current version of Widgetella, package com.banana.easythemes.widgetella, accesses and handles information.

Widgetella does not require you to create a Widgetella account.

2. Information processed on your device

Widgetella may process the following information locally when you use a related feature:

• Photos or image files that you explicitly select through Android’s system picker.
• Wallpapers, widget designs, text, colors, stickers and other creations you save.
• Language, appearance, animation and other app preferences.
• Widget configuration and locally cached Widgetella Pro entitlement status.
• Whether certain supported apps are installed, solely to offer or resolve icon shortcuts. Widgetella does not read private content from those apps.

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to BananaTeam. Android may provide temporary or persistent access only to files that you choose.

3. Google Play purchases

Widgetella Pro is sold through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes your payment information under Google’s policies. Widgetella receives the product ID, purchase state, acknowledgement state and a purchase token needed to unlock, restore and complete the subscription. Widgetella never receives or stores your payment-card number.

In the current release, these purchase details are checked and stored locally in the app and are not sent to a BananaTeam verification server. The app communicates with Google Play to retrieve and acknowledge purchases. If server verification is introduced in a future version, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure will be updated before that version is released.

4. Permissions and system features

• Internet: used for Google Play Billing and links you choose to open.
• Set wallpaper: used only when you ask Widgetella to apply a wallpaper.
• Legacy storage write: requested only when saving an image on Android 8 or 9. Newer Android versions use the system media store without this permission.
• Photo Picker: lets you select an image without giving Widgetella access to your entire photo library.
• Widgets, live wallpapers and shortcuts: Android and your launcher control confirmation and placement.

Widgetella does not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, notification or all-files access.

5. Advertising, analytics and automated collection

The current version does not include advertising, analytics or third-party crash reporting SDKs. BananaTeam does not build advertising profiles or sell personal data.

6. Sharing and third parties

Widgetella does not share your locally created content with BananaTeam or data brokers. Google Play processes subscription transactions as a platform provider. When you choose a shortcut or external link, Android may open Google Play, a website or another installed app; that third party’s privacy policy then applies.

If you email support, BananaTeam receives the information you voluntarily include in your message and uses it only to respond, troubleshoot and maintain necessary support records.

7. Retention and deletion

Local designs and preferences remain until you delete them, clear Widgetella’s app data or uninstall the app. Pending purchase tokens are removed from Widgetella’s local acknowledgement queue after Google Play confirms acknowledgement or reports that the purchase is no longer owned. Pro status may be cached locally for up to 72 hours during temporary offline or billing-service interruptions.

Widgetella’s private app files, preferences and database are excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer. Google retains your Play purchase history under your Google account; you can manage that information through Google.

8. Security

Widgetella uses Android app-private storage for local records and relies on encrypted connections provided by Google Play for billing. No method of storage is completely risk-free, but we limit processing to what is needed for the app’s features.

9. Children

Widgetella is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Widgetella’s features or data practices change. The revised page will show a new effective date. Material changes will be disclosed in the app or Store listing when required.

Widgetella không yêu cầu bạn tạo tài khoản Widgetella.

2. Thông tin được xử lý trên thiết bị

Widgetella có thể xử lý cục bộ các thông tin sau khi bạn dùng tính năng tương ứng:

• Ảnh hoặc tệp hình ảnh mà bạn chủ động chọn qua trình chọn tệp của Android.
• Hình nền, thiết kế widget, chữ, màu sắc, sticker và nội dung bạn tạo.
• Tuỳ chọn ngôn ngữ, giao diện, hiệu ứng chuyển động và cài đặt ứng dụng.
• Cấu hình widget và trạng thái quyền lợi Widgetella Pro được lưu tạm.
• Trạng thái đã cài đặt của một số ứng dụng được hỗ trợ, chỉ để hiển thị hoặc mở shortcut icon. Widgetella không đọc nội dung riêng tư trong các ứng dụng đó.

Các thông tin này nằm trên thiết bị và không được gửi tới BananaTeam. Android chỉ cấp quyền truy cập tạm thời hoặc lâu dài đối với những tệp mà bạn tự chọn.

3. Giao dịch Google Play

Widgetella Pro được bán qua Google Play Billing. Google Play xử lý thông tin thanh toán theo chính sách của Google. Widgetella nhận mã sản phẩm, trạng thái giao dịch, trạng thái xác nhận và token giao dịch cần thiết để mở khoá, khôi phục và hoàn tất gói đăng ký. Widgetella không nhận hoặc lưu số thẻ thanh toán.

Trong phiên bản hiện tại, các dữ liệu giao dịch này được kiểm tra và lưu cục bộ trong ứng dụng, không được gửi tới máy chủ xác thực của BananaTeam. Ứng dụng giao tiếp với Google Play để lấy và xác nhận giao dịch. Nếu phiên bản sau bổ sung xác thực máy chủ, chính sách này và khai báo Data safety sẽ được cập nhật trước khi phiên bản đó phát hành.

4. Quyền và tính năng hệ thống

• Internet: dùng cho Google Play Billing và liên kết bạn chọn mở.
• Đặt hình nền: chỉ dùng khi bạn yêu cầu áp dụng hình nền.
• Quyền ghi bộ nhớ cũ: chỉ được yêu cầu khi lưu ảnh trên Android 8 hoặc 9. Android mới hơn dùng kho phương tiện hệ thống mà không cần quyền này.
• Photo Picker: cho phép chọn ảnh mà không cấp quyền truy cập toàn bộ thư viện.
• Widget, hình nền động và shortcut: Android và launcher kiểm soát bước xác nhận và vị trí hiển thị.

Widgetella không yêu cầu quyền vị trí, danh bạ, microphone, camera, thông báo hoặc truy cập toàn bộ tệp.

5. Quảng cáo, phân tích và thu thập tự động

Phiên bản hiện tại không tích hợp SDK quảng cáo, phân tích hoặc báo cáo crash của bên thứ ba. BananaTeam không tạo hồ sơ quảng cáo và không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.

6. Chia sẻ và bên thứ ba

Widgetella không chia sẻ nội dung bạn tạo cục bộ với BananaTeam hoặc nhà môi giới dữ liệu. Google Play xử lý giao dịch đăng ký với vai trò nền tảng thanh toán. Khi bạn chọn shortcut hoặc liên kết ngoài, Android có thể mở Google Play, website hoặc ứng dụng khác; chính sách quyền riêng tư của bên đó sẽ được áp dụng.

Nếu bạn gửi email hỗ trợ, BananaTeam nhận thông tin bạn chủ động cung cấp và chỉ sử dụng để phản hồi, xử lý lỗi và lưu hồ sơ hỗ trợ cần thiết.

7. Lưu giữ và xoá dữ liệu

Thiết kế và tuỳ chọn cục bộ được giữ đến khi bạn xoá chúng, xoá dữ liệu Widgetella hoặc gỡ cài đặt. Token chờ xác nhận được xoá khỏi hàng đợi cục bộ sau khi Google Play xác nhận thành công hoặc báo rằng giao dịch không còn được sở hữu. Trạng thái Pro có thể được lưu tạm tối đa 72 giờ khi ngoại tuyến hoặc dịch vụ thanh toán tạm lỗi.

Tệp riêng, tuỳ chọn và cơ sở dữ liệu của Widgetella bị loại khỏi Android cloud backup và chuyển dữ liệu giữa thiết bị. Google lưu lịch sử mua hàng trong tài khoản Google của bạn; bạn có thể quản lý thông tin đó qua Google.

8. Bảo mật

Widgetella dùng vùng lưu trữ riêng của ứng dụng Android cho dữ liệu cục bộ và dựa vào kết nối mã hoá do Google Play cung cấp cho thanh toán. Không phương thức lưu trữ nào hoàn toàn không có rủi ro, nhưng chúng tôi giới hạn xử lý ở mức cần thiết cho chức năng của ứng dụng.

9. Trẻ em

Widgetella không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không chủ động thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em qua ứng dụng. Nếu bạn cho rằng trẻ em đã gửi thông tin cá nhân tới email hỗ trợ, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xem xét và xoá khi phù hợp.

10. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách khi tính năng hoặc cách xử lý dữ liệu của Widgetella thay đổi. Trang sửa đổi sẽ hiển thị ngày hiệu lực mới. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong ứng dụng hoặc Store listing khi pháp luật hay chính sách yêu cầu.
