Hidden Tale: Triple Match
Effective date: October 16, 2026

Hien Nguyen / Banana Team (“we”) develops Hidden Tale. This policy covers the iOS game and its support pages. It explains the information used to run the game, show ads, and deliver purchases.

1. Game data on your device

You do not need an account to play. Your progress (the levels you have completed and the board you are playing), hammers, Undo and Extra slot boosters, Daily gift and Journal event progress, settings (such as sound, music, vibration and text size) and the identifiers of purchases and video rewards already delivered are saved on your device. Those identifiers make sure a reward is delivered only once. The game has no cloud sync of its own. Operating-system backups may include this data according to your device settings.

The game does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library or location. It asks once for permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites (see section 3); you can say no and still play the whole game.

“Copy support details” in Settings → Save & support copies the game build and the number of completed levels to your clipboard. Nothing is sent unless you paste it into a message yourself.

2. Analytics and crash reports

The game does not include analytics or crash-reporting services, and we do not receive gameplay statistics from your device. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with crash reports and aggregated usage information under the Apple Privacy Policy.

3. Ads and your choices

Hidden Tale shows two kinds of ads, both provided by Google AdMob:

There are no banner ads, and no ads while you play a board, when you lose or restart, or during the story. The one-time Remove ads purchase turns off the ads between levels for good; reward videos stay available because you choose them.

Consent. Before any ad is requested, the game asks Google’s User Messaging Platform whether consent is needed where you live. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and in US states with privacy laws, a message from Google lets you consent, refuse or manage your choices, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your data. Where the law requires it, you can change these choices at any time in Settings → Privacy choices.

Tracking. The game then asks iOS once whether it may track you across other companies’ apps and websites (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency), after a short explanation from Google. If you allow it, Google may use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to show more relevant ads and to measure them. If you do not, the identifier is not shared. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

What Google may process. When ads are requested, Google’s advertising software may process your IP address and an approximate location derived from it, device identifiers (the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking), device and app information, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information, to deliver, measure and personalize ads and to prevent fraud. Whether an ad is personalized depends on your region, your choices and Google’s policies. See Google’s advertising information, AdMob’s iOS data disclosure and Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. In-app purchases

Apple processes purchases through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your payment-card details. The game uses product identifiers, verified transaction identifiers and purchase state to deliver each purchase once.

Remove ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple Account: Shop → Restore purchases, or installing the game again, brings it back. Hammer packs and the one-time Starter Pack are consumable. What they deliver is saved on your device and cannot be restored after you delete the game or its data, and the App Store does not bring back hammers already received or spent. Apple keeps its transaction records under the Apple Privacy Policy.

5. Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to answer and fix the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal information. These pages are hosted through Cloudflare, which processes request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the website. The Hidden Tale pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

6. Sharing, storage and retention

Information may be processed by the providers described above to perform their services, or when needed to comply with law, protect rights or prevent abuse. Advertising providers may use information under their own policies and your choices. Information may be processed outside your country.

Game data on your device stays until you delete it or the app. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Advertising and store data follow the providers’ settings and retention policies; deleting the app does not delete data those providers already hold. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, including advertising use, or to data portability. Contact us at bananateamios@gmail.com. We may need limited information to find a record or verify a request; the game has no account that links your device to an email address. Some requests must be made to Apple or Google directly. You can also contact your local data protection authority.

You can skip reward videos at any time, change your ad choices in Settings → Privacy choices (where offered) and your tracking choice in iOS Settings, turn off the ads between levels with Remove ads, and ask us about data you sent to support. Before deleting the app, remember that your progress and hammers may be lost.

8. Children

Hidden Tale is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action. Parents and guardians can manage purchases (for example with Ask to Buy) and permissions with Apple’s family controls.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the game or its services change; the current version and its effective date are on this page. For privacy or support questions, contact Hien Nguyen / Banana Team at bananateamios@gmail.com.
