Jelly Chain support

Drag anywhere to steer your jelly snake. Eat cubes up to your head’s number; two equal cubes merge into the next power of two. Bite the tail of smaller snakes, and never run into a bigger body. Tap Boost to speed up: you leave sticky syrup behind that slows snakes bigger than you. Collapse your whole snake into a single cube for a Perfect Cube, which pulls nearby cubes in and gives a short gold shield. Pudding pillars bounce you off, never hurt you. All rivals are computer-controlled.

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Connect to the internet, open Jelly Chain → Shop → Restore purchases, and follow any Apple sign-in prompt. Remove Ads stops the ads between rounds; you can still choose to watch an optional video for a reward.

Reopen the game with an internet connection. Pending purchases, including Ask to Buy, arrive after approval, and the game delivers unfinished purchases when it starts. If the gems are still missing, contact support with the product name, purchase date and app version. Do not buy the same item again just to fix a delivery problem. For a refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Your progress, coins and gems are saved locally on this device. The game has no cloud sync of its own, and Restore does not bring back gems you already received or spent. Deleting the app may lose your progress. Contact us before reinstalling if a purchase seems missing.

Videos are not always available. If none is ready, the game says so and you can try again a little later; you only get the reward after a video finishes.
