Privacy Policy

1. Game data on your device

You do not need to create a Kuku Kube account to play. Game progress, scores, settings, daily-gift state, Hint balance, purchase entitlement caches, and identifiers of delivered Hint transactions are stored locally. Transaction identifiers help prevent a purchase from being delivered twice. The game does not provide its own cloud sync for progress or Hint balances. Operating-system backups may include local app data according to your device settings.

Hidden Numbers uses game artwork and answers you enter. It does not scan your eyes or collect medical vision measurements. The game does not require access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, or precise GPS location.

2. Analytics and diagnostics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand usage and improve the game. It may process app-instance or device identifiers, device and operating-system information, session activity, gameplay interactions, and purchase-related events. IP information may be processed by service providers, including to derive a general region. Android builds also use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports, technical diagnostics, and installation identifiers. The current iOS integration uses Firebase Analytics and does not include the separate Crashlytics SDK.

In the upcoming iOS 2.0.3 update, Google Consent Mode starts with analytics storage denied. Where Google’s European consent message applies, your storage choice also controls analytics storage and can be revisited through Shop → Privacy Choices when available. Outside those regions, the denied default remains unless a supported consent choice updates it. Consent Mode may still send limited signals without an analytics identifier for aggregate measurement when storage is denied; it does not mean all network traffic stops. The updated iOS Analytics integration excludes IDFA support, disables IDFV collection, and denies Analytics advertising-storage, advertising-user-data and advertising-personalization permissions. AdMob has its own advertising consent and iOS tracking-permission flow.

These services can process data away from your device. They are distinct from your locally stored game progress; this app is not a “no data collected” service. See Firebase privacy and security information and Google’s Privacy Policy.

3. Ads and rewarded Hints

Google AdMob provides banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertising. Its SDK may process IP-based approximate location, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. These are used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement; personalization depends on applicable choices and permissions.

The game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform for applicable consent messages. When required and available, Shop → Privacy Choices lets you revisit advertising choices. On iOS, you can manage tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Denying tracking does not prevent basic gameplay. Non-personalized or limited advertising may still involve data processing.

A rewarded video is optional and adds Hints after the reward condition is met. Remove Ads stops automatic banner and interstitial ads, but optional rewarded ads remain available. Buying Remove Ads does not turn off analytics or all third-party processing. See Google’s advertising information and AdMob’s iOS data disclosure.

4. In-app purchases

Apple processes iOS purchases through the App Store and StoreKit. Google Play processes purchases in Android versions that offer them. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The game processes product identifiers, verified transaction identifiers, purchase state, and entitlement information to deliver content and restore eligible purchases.

Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase that can be restored using the same store account. Hint packs are consumable, with delivered Hints saved on the device. Restore Purchases does not recreate Hints that have already been delivered or spent. Store providers keep their transaction records under their own policies: Apple Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

5. Optional gaming services

Where available, Apple Game Center or Google Play Games handles platform sign-in and leaderboard functionality. Scores and the platform player identity may be processed by that service when you use it. We do not receive your Apple or Google account password. Manage these services through your device or platform account settings.

6. Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and resolve the issue. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated personal information. These pages are hosted through Cloudflare, which processes network request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the website. These Kuku Kube pages do not embed advertising or analytics scripts. External store and provider links follow their own privacy policies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

7. Sharing, storage and retention

Information may be processed by the providers described above to perform their services, by support service providers to handle your request, or when needed to comply with law, protect rights, or prevent abuse. Advertising providers may use information under their own policies and applicable consent choices. Information may be processed outside your country.

Local game data remains until it is removed or overwritten; uninstalling may not remove operating-system backups or store records. Support messages are kept as needed to resolve requests and meet legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations. Analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and store data follow the applicable service settings and provider retention policies. Removing the app does not automatically delete data already held by those providers. We take reasonable safeguards but cannot promise absolute security.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing, including advertising-related use. Contact us at bananateamandroid@gmail.com. We may need limited information to locate a record or verify a request; we do not maintain a game account that maps every local installation to an email address. Some records must be handled by Apple, Google, or another provider directly. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

You can revisit available ad consent choices, manage device tracking permissions, avoid optional rewarded ads, and contact us about data you have sent to support. Before clearing local data, remember that game progress and consumable Hints may be lost.

9. Children

Kuku Kube is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically at children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Parents and guardians can manage purchases and device permissions through platform family controls.
