Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and what happened. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or your Apple Account credentials.

The Shop and Hidden Numbers guidance below applies to version 2.0.3 and later.

How do I restore Remove Ads?

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Connect to the internet, open Kuku Kube → Shop → Restore Purchases, and follow any Apple sign-in prompt. Earlier Remove Ads purchases remain eligible for restoration.

Remove Ads removes automatic banner and interstitial advertising. You can still choose to watch an optional rewarded ad for Hints.

Can I restore Hint packs or sync my progress?

Hint packs are consumable. Your Hint balance, level progress, and game settings are saved locally on this device. The game does not provide its own cross-device cloud sync, and Restore Purchases does not refill Hints you have already received or used. Deleting app data or reinstalling may lose local progress and Hints. Contact us before reinstalling if a purchase seems missing.

I paid, but my purchase has not appeared.

Reopen the game with an internet connection. Pending purchases, including Ask to Buy, arrive after approval. The game retries unfinished verified transactions. If the issue remains, contact support with the product name, purchase date, app version, and the relevant order reference if needed. Hide unrelated personal information in screenshots. Do not buy the same item again just to resolve a delivery problem.

How can I get more Hints?

Claim the daily gift in the Shop, choose a rewarded ad when available, or buy a Hint pack. Missed daily gifts do not accumulate. A rewarded ad grants Hints only after the reward condition is completed. If an ad is unavailable, try later.

Where are advertising privacy choices?

Open Shop → Privacy Choices when that option is required and available for your region. You can also manage app tracking permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do the game modes work?

In Color, Text, and Color & Text, tap the tile that differs. Timed rounds last 60 seconds. Endless has no countdown and ends on your first mistake. In Hidden Numbers, enter the digits you see; the answer checks automatically when complete. Use a Hint for help with a difficult pattern.

How do I report a bug or a hard-to-read number?

Email the level number or game mode, device model, iOS and app versions, and steps to reproduce the problem. A screenshot can help; remove notifications and other personal content before sending it. Kuku Kube is entertainment and does not diagnose or measure a medical vision condition.
