Privacy Policy

1. Game data on your device

You do not need an account to play. Your progress (coins, gems, upgrades, skins, the Jelly Egg, daily missions and login rewards), boosters, revive tickets, settings, the player name you choose and your best results are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. The game has no cloud sync, and it opts out of Android app-data backup, so this data is not copied to your Google backup. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes your progress.

Your rivals in the arena are computer-controlled; there is no online multiplayer, chat or leaderboard service, and your player name never leaves the device. The game does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos and media, files or location.

2. Device permissions

The app declares only basic system permissions that give no access to personal information:

• Vibration — haptic feedback during play. You can turn it off in the game’s Settings.
• Wake lock — used by the game engine to keep the device awake while the game runs.
• Network state — lets the game engine check whether a connection is available. It does not allow the app to send or receive data.

The app does not request Android’s internet permission, so the game itself cannot send information over the network.

3. No advertising, analytics or crash reporting

This version contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK and does not read the Android advertising ID. Reward offers in the game (for example to revive, double the coins of a round, get a free booster, open the free gem chest or speed up the Jelly Egg) do not show ads from any ad network: a short in-game card appears and the reward is given on the device.

4. No in-app purchases

This version has no in-app purchases and does not use Google Play Billing. The Shop shows that the store is unavailable, and nothing can be bought in the game.

5. Google Play

Google processes information when you find, download, install and update the game through Google Play, under the Google Privacy Policy. Through the Google Play Console, Google gives us aggregated statistics such as install counts and, from users who have chosen to share usage and diagnostics with Google, crash and performance reports. These reports do not identify you to us, and we use them only to keep the game working.

6. Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to answer and fix the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal information. Links in the game’s Settings open these pages in your web browser. The pages are hosted through Cloudflare, which processes request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the website. The Jelly Chain pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

7. Sharing, storage and retention

We do not sell personal information. Game data stays on your device until you delete it or the app. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations, and may be processed outside your country by our email provider. Information may be disclosed when needed to comply with law, protect rights or prevent abuse. Google and Cloudflare keep the information they process under their own policies. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot promise absolute security.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to data portability. Because the game keeps your data on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it; we cannot recover lost progress. You can also contact your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Jelly Chain is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can delete it. Parents and guardians can manage apps and approvals on a child’s device with Google Family Link.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the game changes. If a later Android version adds advertising, purchases or other services that process personal information, we will update this policy before that version is released.
