Remove Ads, Shop → RESTORE, FREE HINT and Settings → PRIVACY are available in version 2.0 and later.

How do hints and skips work?

In a level, tap HINT. Opening the hint for a level costs 100 puzzle pieces. Once the hint is open, you can skip that level for 40 pieces. In version 2.0 and later, if you have fewer than 100 pieces, FREE HINT opens the hint after an optional rewarded video.

How do I get more puzzle pieces?

Each solved level adds 5 pieces. You can also watch an optional rewarded video in the Shop or on the level-complete screen for 40 pieces, or buy a 360-piece or 4000-piece pack in the Shop. A video gives its reward only after it is completed; if no video is available, try again later.

How do I restore Remove Ads?

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account that bought Remove Ads, connect to the internet, then open Shop → RESTORE. When Remove Ads is active, the Shop shows OWNED. Remove Ads stops interstitial ads; optional rewarded videos remain available.

Can I restore puzzle pieces or move my progress to another device?

Puzzle-piece packs are consumable. Pieces, level progress and settings are saved only on this device: the game has no accounts or cloud sync, and RESTORE does not refill pieces you have already received or spent. Deleting the app removes local progress and pieces unless you restore the whole device from a backup.

I paid, but my purchase has not appeared.

Reopen the game with an internet connection. Purchases that wait for approval, such as Ask to Buy, arrive after they are approved. If the problem remains, email us the product name, purchase date and game version. Please do not buy the same item again to fix a missing delivery.

I updated to version 2.0. Is my progress still there?

Yes. On its first launch, version 2.0 copies the levels, puzzle pieces, hints and settings saved by version 1.0 on the same device. Version 2.0 adds six new levels after level 54 and requires iOS 15 or later.

Where are my ad privacy choices?

In version 2.0 and later, open Settings → PRIVACY when that option appears for your region. You can also manage tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report a bug?

Email the level number, device model, iOS version, game version and the steps that lead to the problem. A screenshot or short screen recording helps; remove notifications and other personal information first.
