Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Hien Nguyen / Banana Team (“we”, “us”) for your use of Unlock Box, App Store bundle com.banana.unlockbox (the “Game”). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Apple’s terms

You obtain the Game from Apple’s App Store. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) and the App Store terms also apply. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA about your license to use the Game, the Standard EULA prevails. Apple is not responsible for the Game or for its support, warranties or claims, except as stated in the Standard EULA.

3. Who can play

The Game is suitable for a general audience. If you are a minor where you live, use the Game and make purchases only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for purchases made on your device.

4. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment, as permitted by the Standard EULA. The Game is licensed, not sold.

5. Progress and game content

Progress, puzzle pieces and settings are stored on your device; the Game has no accounts or cloud sync. Deleting the Game or its data can permanently remove progress and unspent puzzle pieces, and we cannot recover them. We may add, change or remove levels, hints and features in updates.

6. Puzzle pieces, Remove Ads and purchases

Puzzle pieces are virtual items used inside the Game, for example to open hints or skip levels. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game, and are used up when spent. Puzzle-piece packs are consumable purchases. Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase that removes interstitial ads; optional rewarded videos remain available.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies. To request a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. If a purchase is not delivered, contact us with the product name and purchase date; never send payment-card details.

7. Advertising and third-party services

The Game shows ads provided by Google AdMob and relies on services from Apple and Google. Ads and third-party services are governed by their providers’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party ads, content or availability, except as required by law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use cheats, automation, modified versions or exploits to change progress, rewards, purchases or ads;
• reverse engineer, decompile, copy, distribute or resell the Game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• interfere with the Game, its advertising, its purchases or the services it relies on; or
• use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent or commercial purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, puzzles, artwork, audio, text and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you any right to use our name, logos or content outside the Game.

10. Updates, availability and termination

We may update, change, suspend or stop offering all or part of the Game for technical, security, legal or business reasons. Some features, such as ads and purchases, need an internet connection or depend on third-party services. We may end your license if you materially breach these Terms. You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting it.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that progress will be preserved. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress or profits arising from the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the Game during the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the Game, its services or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will show a new effective date on this page. If you keep using the Game after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms where the law allows. Questions: contact@hiennv.dev.
